I’ve been getting my swole on lately.  I try to eat right, when I can, which usually means I start the day off with a protein shake made up of chocolate flavored whey protein powder, 1 shot of vanilla Cool Brew, a scoop of natual, creamy peanut butter, and some ice cubes.

I was really excited about this protein shake which inspired me to grab my iPhone and bust a quick rap while I threw all the ingredients together.

Check out that gangsta personal blender I have in the picture.  That bad boy only set me back $22 at big lots and it works like a champ.  I never have chunks of ice in my shakes….or margaritas.
